I listed my home beautiful Million+ $ Home with Stephanie Anthony out of the William Raveis Mystic Office a year ago. Prior to listing my home, she spent 10 minutes walking through it. She advised that she can’t list it in their Luxury Homes platform unless I sign a 1-year contract. I was assured it would sell quick, so, with great hesitation I agreed. And as soon as she listed my house, she ignored any input from me and had a very condescending attitude. The first showing she could not be bothered to be there. She did not bother to put a lock box on my home. She told me to leave and leave the doors unlocked. There have been numerous robberies in my town lately, I was incredibly upset to leave house open! I then called her that evening to receive the showing feedback at 7:57 pm after dental surgery and she texted me back and said it's too late in the evening and she would call me tomorrow. I FIRED HER THAT NIGHT AND TOOK HOUSE OFF MARKET. She and her boss, Charity, refused to let me out of my 1-year contract . The whole process was utterly traumatizing. If I EVER sell it will be on FOR SALE BY OWNER. They also made me keep their contract for 1 year! That is why you're seeing contract expired NOW in November 2025!!! - Deidre McGlynn
