If you want the best all around agent, particularly in the Caledon/Orangeville/Mono areas, Stephen Kelk is it. He helped us find our dream house and his knowledge of the nuances of the different areas helped us quickly narrow down our search. Stephen was totally in our corner and always looking out for our best interests, from the first showings up until the final deal negotiations. One thing that can't be stated enough is how invaluable his deep knowledge of homes and properties is to both buyers and sellers. He was able to tell us so much about each house and property, how much certain upgrades may cost, any potential red flags about the houses, and much more.
