Summer and the Falkwin Group went above and beyond our expectations. Particularly reaching out to contractors for quotes and estimates following our inspection. Summer is very professional; she listened and understood our wishes; she was always on time; she was very knowledgeable about the Halifax market and if she wasn’t sure she got the information to us at lightening speed. There were three of us involved in this transaction (some from out of town) - Summer was able to juggle the different opinions and accommodate the different schedules with FaceTime and group calls.
