Absolutely terrible realtor. In the process of buying a home and went to inspect the house for issues. The realtor, Sunny, did not want to let us inspect on our own and insisted on walking us through the inspection saying "he will show us all the issues". Our realtor had to tell him to leave us alone multiple times so we can inspect the house but he kept trying to take control of the inspection. The house had multiple issues such as the shower door being misaligned and stuck open or a door being unfinished. I pointed it out and he said that it can be fixed. When someone else noticed the issue with the shower door later, he got angry and said that we should all stay as a group and follow him so that he doesn't have to explain the issue a second time. After we noticed those issues, he did not want to let us open anything ourselves and insisted that he open windows and cabinets himself. He also made a comment that we should not be allowed to touch them because we are not opening them the right way. He got annoyed when we touched the blinds and would loudly sigh when we did. Even when multiple people will live in the house and contribute to the downpayment, he insisted the final walkthrough only be with one person + our realtor, and he did not acknowledge the others when saying this. He went as far as to say that for following walkthroughs, only one person is welcome and the rest should wait outside. The most egregious behavior is that he put his hands on my elderly father three times to move him out of the way. Judging from his behavior, I believe the house had multiple issues that he was trying to conceal. Something as simple as opening a window or turning on a tap prompted him to step in and stop it. There were so many "don't do this" and "don't do thats" that are indicative of deceptive behavior. The behavior he showed was gross and he should not have a license. - Brandon

Addresses & Edit Address
How do addresses work?
Addresses determine your ranking in each city or neighbourhood.
You only get to rank in a city or neighbourhood that you have a rating in.
Why do I need to edit addresses?
Occasionally clients will leave you a rating with the wrong address, or with the neighbourhood missing. To correct such problems and present your track record more accurately, we give you the ability to edit the address for all your ratings.
Will addresses be displayed on the rating?
No, ratings will only display the neighbourhood and city of each rating. We do store the street address associated with each rating. This data is kept private and may be used to verify transactions.
