Susan talks A LOT, but at the end of the day she doesn;t deliver. Long story short she messed up an offer and seems quite disorganized and distracted. She lost me a property I found out sold for 6000 less than I bid because the seller's agnet got back to her the everning after my bid was supposed to be submitted and Susan did not contact me to tell me until the next day, asking me to go higher, whih I did. It's not clear how I lst the bid but she dropped the ball. if there was a bst and final cutoff it was her job to verify that and tell me so I could strategizes. still donlt know what happened because she keeps changing the story the selling price was less than my bid and I have no evidence of the bid being subnitted and the seller rejecting it so she messed up somewhere. stay away. - Patricia Yak
