I would HIGHLY recommend Tatiana. She is extremely thorough and had advocated on my behalf many of times during my purchase. Tatiana is very honest with her opinions. She definitely went far and beyond my expectations.
Tatiana is simply amazing! She explained everything to me, took her time to understand what I was looking for, and did a lot of research in areas of my choice to help me find my dream home. Many of my friends complain that it feels like agents just have dollar signs above your head and pressure you to buy/sell asap just so they can get their commission, but that was not the case with Tatiana at all. She was so patient with me and always listened to what I wanted. She made me feel very comfortable through the entire process. We drove around for a few weeks, but it was so worth it! She not only found me exactly what I wanted, but also knocked the price down by more than I even hoped for. I was very impressed! She truly thinks about her client first.
