Would never trust this guy again, with anything. Inept, hollow apology. Did not take any responsibility for his errors. Meanwhile he collected his commission. My error was trusting that Tom was capable and forthright. I was wrong on both counts. He can spin a smooth story though. - j

Croft was unable to competently locate the boundaries of the 1-acre parcel. Months after the sale was complete, we found out about Croft's error. We incurred many expenses as a result of Croft's error. When we tried to deal with Croft about this he was unreliable, unprofessional, uncooperative. Very crafty. - PWD
