Tom and his team are absolutely fantastic! My husband had a potential job offer in BC. Prior to having an official job offer and accepting it we started researching agents in our area to help sell our home. We had a couple different agents walk through our home to give us an idea of what we could list for.  Tom was prepared with a presentation and sat down with us to explain his process and everything included with his services. We were quite impressed.  We didn't feel any pressure to go with him. He understood our situation and knew that once we were ready to sell it would likely need to be done quickly. Fast forward a couple months and my husband accepted a job in BC. We decided that Tom was our guy, we were both impressed with our initial meeting with him and just had a overall good feeling that working with him and his team was the right fit for us.  My husband called Tom and told him the good news and set up a meeting with him to make things official. Things changed and we had to fast forward the sale of our house by a couple weeks. We called Tom in a panic on a Friday saying we needed to list as soon as possible, like first thing next week! Tom and Josh came over that next day! Monday the stagers came and did their thing followed right by the photographer!
