Agents fees were 10% over others. He switched the fees on the document at the very end when I was ready to sign. I do not feel I received good value. Even though I received over list price I thought that he should have informed me that he knew the buyer as there were multiple offers. Plus another buyer was interested to see the house the following day who he did not mention. - Janet Davies

Helped us thru this bad market. No one was getting showings (we have other friends on market too who werent successful) but he managed our stress and was awesome negotiating when the offer came in. A bank appraisal set our expectations but Tony insisted it was off. We should have listened to him sooner but in the end we sold and were able to buy.
A real pro. He's known by seemingly all agents in the city and has a stellar reputation within the industry. He clearly gets along well with others based on conversations he had on our behalf with other agents. Our deal was complicated and difficult but he always presented creative options every step of the way. One thing: we noticed he never answered his phone when with us unless he was expecting a call FOR us, we figure he does the same for others since at times he could take up to an hour to get back to us. During business hours his staff if very helpful, though.
Awesome out of the gate, but once everything is established rode the wave for 3 months. Saw him (personally) at the house twice after the house was listed... His staff was very prompt and used txt msgs vs phone calls to keep in touch - not so good when they txt in the evening for a showing the next morning. All in all a 7.3 out of 10
