Long post alert!! We worked with Tyler for buying our First Home in Canada. Though I had a lot of other realtor references from my friends, I wanted to do my own research and find the right person. I had worked with few realtors in the past, so I am aware of how realtors work. Now, I can surely say he is the best I can ever find. I will share why I am saying this. Myself and my wife did a lot of ground work in understanding the area, prices, specification etc for the house we plan to find. Then, I spoke to Tyler for the first time and he was extremely friendly and we had a great first call. I got to learn few other things from him on the first call as well. Then, he did a great setup for the specification that we shared with him and we got a very specific interesting listings. We selected the best from them and then we told him that our dream house should be with the maximum specification that we get but for a lesser price. Basically, we asked him something that was a bit impossible at the moment for the price we told him. But, still he was like very confident and told us it was very much possible. He had a lot of strategies and he we were extremely impressed with his ideas. And, 3 days from our first call we met in Ottawa. I travelled from Toronto and planned for viewing 6 houses. The planning from his end was super perfect, he planned every minute and it saved a lot of effort for us as well as the house owners. Finally, the 6th house we viewed was out of the World. We wanted that house but it was slightly above our budget. It was just 1 day in the market as well which makes it impossible to negotiate. We told Tyler, we wanted that house for our budget and Boom!!! the magician got us the house in our budget. I can bet if not for Tyler we would not have got our dream house. He did a lot of planning and negotiation from his end. I am usually a very picky person and don’t get satisfied easily but this guy is amazing. Just trust him and work with him.
