the bad part is he hardly answer the phone and text message, spend so many time waiting for him, not a pleasant experience, on the other hand if he try help, he did help and that is very valuable too, so both side, hard to say - leslie

Not friendly. Did not care about his clients. Only cared about making money for himself. Tried to make us sell under market value and make us buy way over market value. Was unsuccessful. Will smoke a cigarette inside your home as well.
