Bob Dawe was a tremendous help when we were moving from the mainland to Nanaimo. He was great at listening to what we were looking for and getting back to us quickly whenever we had questions. We started looking for a home in late 2022, but as we were going to be a way through the winter, we were really just trying to get familiar with the market, with a plan to buy the following spring.
