I would not recommend Matt for any customer. Matt is a volume agent and his main goal is to close the highest amount of transactions in the shortest period of time. We were feeling rushed during our buying process. From the beginning we communicated to him that we need a place with a secondary suite. As new to Canada we didn't know any zoning laws. At the time, duplexes couldn't have legal secondary suites in Calgary and Matt didn't advise us against buying a duplex. Once again his goal was to close the transaction as quickly as possible and spend the least amount of time with the customers. - Piotr

I feel like you’re a nice guy but I feel like you didn’t really want to be there in my honest opinion. We went into a few houses and there was no selling the property as to what we could do with it. I saw you on your phone for the most part not really trying to interact with us. You weren’t walking us through the properties. We kind of just went on our own looking at things and you shadowed by but mostly on your phone. I didn’t really feel like you were present with us. As for the portal you kept sending me things when we were pressed for time as our lease was coming due, and anything I liked was pending or something so I was given several portals to look at places and I would look at them the moment it was sent for me and they were all useless because they were all pending so selection was not great. Everyone I spoke to with their realtors also usually left a gift(s) and a thank you for working with them for their appreciation. We had gotten nothing. I feel like you were there to collect a commission. I think we got a congratulations in an email. I feel like you’re a nice person but I would say it was a pretty poor experience overall. I wouldn’t recommend you to anyone. Is what it is. But good luck with everything. - Cory Brinston
