Shayla is phenomenal! So professional, strategic, and just gets it done. Her advice and marketing of the property made the difference and it sold immediately. Cannot recommend enough. Shayla also facilitated a purchase for us that we wanted badly and she maximized the value for us. - James Williams

Home Purchase in Arcola East-South Side, Regina | Jun 2026

Shayla Ackerman was incredible to work with on the purchase of our new home. She was the first to know when the property came back on the market after a conditional sale fell through, and because of her quick action, we were able to move fast on a home we loved. From there, she negotiated flawlessly and helped us secure the deal with confidence. Shayla was professional, responsive, and completely on top of every detail throughout the process. We’re so grateful for her guidance and would highly recommend her to anyone buying a home. - Zach E

Reply:    From almost being sold to someone else, to being conditionally tied up with you guys, all within a few hours. What a whirlwind, but it worked out perfectly! Congrats <3
