In 2020, I bought my first property with Karrasch Real Properties, working with Steve and Eric. Now in 2025, I've just sold that property and had the pleasure of working with Steve again as well as Chandani. My five star review in 2020 absolutely holds true five years later. The market today as a seller has been a very different experience from the market five years ago as a buyer, and unfortunately wasn't in my favour. Despite this reality, we worked on a plan together to get the property sold during a time when very little was selling. (First part of review from 2021). This was the second time we used Steve and the Karrasch Team for the buying of a home and for the first time the selling of our family home. We decided to upgrade to a new home with more privacy and with more space. We worked with Chandani, an associate of The Karrasch Real Properties team, that was dedicated to helping us find our new home! What a pleasure to work with Chandani. We explained our needs for our new home and Chandani started the process immediately by querying homes and coming out all the way from South Surrey to Maple Ridge to show us these homes. Chandani was very patient, knowledgeable and thorough from walk through of potential homes to completing the sale of our newly purchased home. Super handy as well was the recycling program they have with moving boxes which saved us tons of money! The Karrasch Team were top notch with preparing our home for sale, with top home stagers to assist, professional video/photos to help sell our house. Our house sold from basically one day of viewings! A testament to the prep of Steve and his team we had 12 viewings mid week with multiple offers. Our house sold over asking. Let’s just say we were extremely impressed with the end result! They will assess your needs and guide/advise you through the entire process with your best interests in mind.
