I had a wonderful time working with Behrooz for the sale of my condo and the purchase of another. The website he used allowed for quick feedback on which properties I would like to see. When visiting the properties he was always very patient and would ensure that you've seen everything you want to see. Also, if additional questions were needed he would get back within a day. Once the offer was sent and accepted he helped with organizing all the closing requirements such as inspection and mortgage approval. He made the experience very smooth and easy for me. This was my second transaction with Behrooz, he provided excellent service from the beginning of the process and continues to, well after closing. I highly recommend Behrooz without any reservations. Behrooz deserves to be highly recognized for his seamless end-to-end service, quick responses, expertise in the Montreal real estate market, and truly understanding what the client wants. My fiancé and I initially connected with Behrooz upon a referral from a close friend, who strongly recommended him (we are from Toronto and were unfamiliar with the Montreal real estate market). Behrooz's was exceptional in handling an our puchase, which we completed entirely while we were out of the province. He took tonnes of videos of the surrounding streets, amenities and the actual unit which gave us a lot of confidence. He also let us know about neighborhoods trends & develooments. Behrooz is not shy at negotiating and naturally wants to get his clients the best price. We purchased a unit that had been reduced in price twice and Behrooz was able to get us a 3rd reduction and wanted to go even further Behrooz, but we were satisfied and decided to accept the clients last counteroffer. Even after all the negotiations were done and the price was finalized, he managed to still get more out of the seller by asking the seller to buy a new hot water tank for us. They agreed!
