Six days after my home had been listed, we closed the deal - $50,000 above list price! The conditions had been removed, it was a clean sale and sold in the best window to capture potential buyers and maximize sale price. It also helped that the house was empty – making it super easy to book multiple showings. Once this machine is moving, get out of the way and let them do what they do best: sell real estate. One a side note, I had not worked with Ben, Jamie and the Team previously. I had to establish a new realtor relationship in a very narrow timeframe - the prime selling window was closing.
