When I wanted to purchase a home I searched for the best rated realtors in Calgary and Ben Sweet's name was the first one to come up. I contacted him and within hours he responded and assigned one of his associates to me. Jamie set up a call with me to talk about what we were looking for and sent over many properties right away. Given that we did not live in Calgary, we did multiple virtual showings and Jamie would give us his honest opinion each time. There was never any pressure to purchase. The service provided by Ben and his team truly goes above and beyond. An example of this was while Jamie was out of the country he would still be sorting out details until 4 in the morning his time.
