This is the second property we sold with Cam and both times he negotiated hard and we got more than asking price! Cam was super helpful and professional in dealing with tricky estate handling, and very accommodating with slow lawyers and trustee. In the end he was ready when the paperwork dropped, and had done a significant amount of pre-marketing so that when the listing went live, the house sold with multiple offers in 36 hours. While waiting for the listing, Cam was super helpful with getting the property cleaned up, tuned up, and always ready to offer excellent professional advice and even to drop by to lend a helping hand (and utility knife) at the drop of a hat. We love working with Cam and would recommend him first hands down to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Kamloops area. His knowledge of the market is untouchable, and his intuition is uncanny.
