I went to see one of her house in Lawrence park last summer. I was surprised by the amount of lies she told us: she said the cost to gut a 5000 ft.² detached house be around $150,000. During our viewing in the middle of Covid she picked up her phone and talked for 10 minutes in front of us making us very uncomfortable, her attitude was not very nice either. Back in the days when There is no Internet people rely on those agents, but right now you have all the data you had to make a decision those agents should never be justified to charge 2.5% commission especially given today’s house in price. Carole’s been an absolute blessing from my very first condo to our forever home. She never pushed for us to buy the most expensive property available, have helped us side-stepped so many pitfalls and potential problems with her expertise. She’s been nothing but honest and has helped us purchase our current home at a very fair price (actually at a steal!) during the bidding wars a decade ago. I never once felt like my little condo wasn’t worth her time when she was also handling multi-million dollar homes 20 years ago. She hasn’t changed a bit since then and we really appreciate her consistency all these years! - Wendy
