These are some of the experiences I had with the realtor: 1. I received feedback for a property that was not mine. It begs the question, where has my feedback been sent. This was unacceptable, because it breeches confidentiality. 2. The realtor booked a showing at 10:00 with a realtor on a Saturday and booked the showing with me for Sunday. This caused a lot of confusion. Not acceptable,I could have been asleep or in the shower. 3. The realtor called me at 9:42 to advise me that he had booked a showing for 10:00 a.m. the evening before and forgot to share this information with me. 4. I emailed a request to review 2 properties. As there was no response, I followed up on two days later. He replied that he did not know I wanted to view the properties. - Susan

Claude Gaboury & his wife Christina did an amazing job with selling our home! They gave us a guide that walked us through the whole process, helped us with staging, took great pictures and a really good video of our property, advertised it on many sites, sent us copies of all of our advertising, and sent us a spreadsheet of all of our showings and realtor feedback each week. We listed in January, and it did take a while, but we sold in May and were so happy with the price we got. We would definitely use them again. - Elizabeth Davies
Very helpful, well designed website with tons of community information and tools that helped me really understand my new community! They also gave me a really extensive buyers book, which walked me through the whole process and eliminated a lot of the stress involved in buying a house. Wonderful agents, went above and beyond, I will absolutely be using them in the future. - Tari
