We worked with Colton to find a rental and had an exceptional experience. He was very professional, made the process so easy and was very responsive to all of our questions. After reaching out to start the process he had us set up in a portal within the same day. He walked us through how to use the portal to favourite/eliminate different house options. When we narrowed it down he answered all the questions we had very efficiently, and set up showings right away. He was also very knowledgeable on the area and was able to find a great fit for us in Huron Park! Unfortunately we were out of town when we found a listing we absolutely loved, but knowing how fast the market would move, Colton did not hesitate to do a FaceTime walkthrough for us. We got a good feel for the place over the video chat and he answered all the questions we had on the phone as well that night. Colton showed us a few other units in the same complex that he knew were available through his network that had a similar layout. We quickly found a place that we wanted to call home, and thanks to Colton's connections and efficient work we were able to turn around a lease agreement in under 48 hours (and all done over the weekend as well). Then even after the lease agreement was signed and we were finally back in town, Colton was happy to do a walkthrough of the place again since we hadn't actually seen it in person. It was a bit short notice on our end, and we didn't have much time in town but Colton made it work despite his busy day. When we finally saw the place in person it was everything we were hoping for.
