Colton Davidson

This was our first time selling a property with Colton. Colton did not bring us a buyer, the buyer was a friend of mine off social media. His open house brought in zero offers. He did not provide media services such as drone photos, no Walkthrough videos and did not run Facebook ads. There was specific instructions to not touch the tenants belongings and he and his team did not follow the instructions given. Colton failed to validate the tenants’ concerns and took no action to resolve the issues. Colton failed to ask the right questions and sold the tenants shed with the sale. He did however, pay for a new shed for the new buyer. Colton lacks attention to detail, as he has sent email communication to me, addressing my wife. One time he sent us a Ginger Bread House but failed to provide icing or decorations. Overall, I think Colton is still an ok agent to buy a home with. But our selling experience has been poor, and could definitely improve. - Simon Wong
