Property Purchase in Saskatoon, SK

We met with Derrick as first time home buyers and he made our needs his first priority. He met with us daily until we found the right house for us. Once we moved into our perfect home, he sent over his handyman to fix the small things that needed to be done and he was willing to pick up the tab. This type of service is unheard of and my significant other and I appreciate all that he has done for us. Highly recommend him for all your real estate needs! - Reid Oliver

Very friendly hard working. Tried to assign my case to a co-worker so I'd have to pay double commissions. My lawyer caught it though.

Reply:    This would be highly unlikely as the commission charged is clearly stated in the listing contract. A commission is against the Real Estate Act and if indeed happened should be reported to the Real Estate Commission the governing agency for Realtors for disciplinary action. All transactions are approved by Marcella, Derricks office manager, then again by Realty Exec's conveyancing and finally the lawyers office. there may have been a misunderstanding on how the commission was to be paid but not the amount. Thank-you for your comments and it would be my pleasure to discuss this further if you so choose, regards Derrick
