This guy is a joke. He was a no show at the closing. The condo was an absolute disaster and it took weeks to get things right. I DO NOT recommend him of trust him. - Curtis

Howard is an excellent Real Estate agent and for over a decade, he has handled both the purchase and sale of homes and condos for me and my partner, other members of our family and friends. He works very hard and has an amazing ability to read people and understand their needs. This results in him being able to find and propose properties that are all worthy of consideration, and that results in time not being wasted on viewing inappropriate properties. Poor response times, no follow up after closing, was late to every appointment, worked with two other agents and none of them ever replied or sent paperwork in a timely manner. Zero retention strategy. Bought my first place with him, and he couldn’t even be bothered to drop by with a bottle of wine. - Sarah

I have to believe that these other ratings are fake. Howard isn't a suit and tie guy, so if you're looking for uber professionalism, you're not going to get it with him. His knowledgeability is second to none in the downtown core, and he will bust his butt for you. He showed me a ton of places and was so patient with me. I highly recommend him if, if you don't care about all the pomp and circumstance. - Courtney
