Beware of this agent. At first she is very helpful and seems knowledgeable, however once you sign the contract she disappears. She is quite incompetent reallly. She makes careless mistakes. For example, she does not always list your properties in the right category in MLS making it impossible for potential buyers to even find your property. She is very friendly just not very competent. She is not able to represent her clients best interests. Very disappointing.
