Jennifer said she worked WITH her daughter; however, AFTER we signed with her she listed her young inexperienced daughter as the selling agent. I would not have signed with her daughter. When very low offers came in she was trying to encourage us to take them. It was like she was only working to make a quick commission. I told her repeatedly that I want to communicate on the phone as I dislike texting and she would constantly text and rarely called. When an inspector broke a pipe during the inspection she wanted us pay $850 for a copy of the inspection report from a previous inspection to show the pipe was not previously broken. Once the house finally sold she became very cold and slow to reply. And then told the agent that referred me to her that I was a difficult client. I was only insisting she keep her word and did not turn down any requests for showings etc. I found her to be unprofessional. Any changes her "stager" did I have to change and even Jen confirmed my changes looked better. I would never recommend her to anyone. My referring agent even had to chase her down to get his referral fee. - Susan Dixon
This property was and still is subject to a 66 foot wide right of way that abuts the rear door of this property. Ms. Turcotte neglected to disclose this fact to the buyers. How do I know? My property (and others on Murphy Road) are the dominant property abutting this right of way. I hold all legal documents attesting to this fact. This right of way has been together with (dominant T/W) my property for over 50 years. When I confronted Ms. Turcotte (once during closure), her response was to "quit harassing me". Ms. Turcotte. I am not going away. No matter how long it takes you will be held accountable for taking advantage of young military families with non-disclosure and shady deals. There are others, including the owner/manager of the Petawawa Golf Club who have been scammed by this realtor. Shame on you. - Carol Munn
Lesson learned! Hiring the busiest agent does not mean you are getting the best agent. Too busy to return calls, too busy to research properties for us to buy, too busy to call the agents who showed our home for feedback. So very arrogant, so bossy, talks and talks but does not listen. We had to call other agents to follow up for feedback ourselves. We are waiting for our agreement to expire and we're hiring another agent who will really work for us. DID NOT DELIVER!!! So much wasted time....our lives and future plans are on hold at the hands of this woman. SELLERS BEWARE!!! - Mr. and Mrs. Annoyed

It's very easy to post a negative comment with a generic name. I am never too busy to speak to my clients and we are very prompt on feedback. You should contact me direct as you have my direct access. Would be more than happy to discuss your "issues" with my service and team.
Jennifer has no morals and only cares about the money, she thinks she is some sort of celebrity around the area, when in fact she is a bossy, pushy 2 bit real estate agent. I would never in a million years recommend her to my worst enemy! - John Smith
