Laurie was a pleasure to work with! We chose her to help us buy in a city that we were not very familiar with, and she was extremely helpful, flexible and professional. Cheerfully adding extra viewings at the last minute, giving good advice without being pushy, and replying to all communications quickly. If we decide to sell the place she helped us buy she will be our first choice for listing. - John and Janine

We chose Laurie because she is experienced with homes in our area of interest. Being from out of town, we only had three days to see what we wanted to see and Laurie got on it. Efficient and organized. She is tech savvy so we were able to make an offer and close the deal remotely using Docu-sign. We always had near instant communication. She was our advocate, our consultant and our negotiator. A Pleasure to work with! - Ray and Charlene Morrison

Laurie was great at going the extra mile when I listed my home just as the market began opening up after the Covid 19 lockdown. Laurie was very positive and encouraging even when I was worried that buyers weren’t ready to make an offer. She was reachable at all hours and helpful when changes in staging were needed to address feedback from potential buyers after showings. Laurie was a pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable and experienced. She sold our house quickly given the challenging times.
