Melissa is an absolute GEM! Relocating from Ontario to Alberta was a big process but Melissa made the entire transaction so easy and stress free. Melissa started showing me houses in my desired neighbourhoods almost a year before my purchase. When I flew into town for work, she always made time to show me a shopping list of houses that I requested. When it was time to make a purchase, Melissa accommodated showing schedules in a timely and efficient manner with the utmost professionalism. When I found my new home, she arranged a viewing within 24 hrs so I could fly in to view it. The paper work process was also seamless, in fact I signed the offer from the airport using docusign! It was incredible! Throughout the conditions process, Melissa supported me in sourcing local vendors for inspections, and repairs while I was 2000 miles away! She demonstrated a high level of knowledge of the real estate process, and the responsibilities of both the seller and buyer and clearly worked very hard on behalf to ensure my home was in good order for possession.
