We used Reisha Dass and her associates to sell our home in Burlington this summer and she was outstanding. Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. Reisha stood out as the best the area has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We spoke with Reisha and then met with her at our home. She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house, which was in a neighbourhood with hundreds of similar homes, would be tough to sell. Reisha made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a so so much more. When we saw our listing we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The first two buyers that saw the property both put in an offer. Our house sold 4 days after we put it on the market with competing offers. Reisha (and Lynn, who was also incredibly friendly and helpful) walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I did not feel the love or the knowledge that other customers are describing. I bought a house fromReisha and I really felt like I was bothering the team when I reached out to them for help, and the only follow up I ever received from them is "are you shopping for home insurance". Not even a thank you or good luck on closing day! My husband and I are completely green so any help or advice would have been literally so appreciated. We are so happy that we were able to work with Reisha during our selling and purchasing our home. Reisha was absolutely great to work with. We have been in situations with real estate agents in the past who were extremely aggressive and try to attempt to get you to purchase a house in one day! Reisha was an asset to us--she regularly sent us listings of new properties and was very efficient in getting a time set up for us to view any house we were interested in. She also let us know about any house that we came across and were interested in. She kept in contact with us on a regular basis and was EXTREMELY patient with us when we kept changing our minds about the area we wanted to live in and the price range we were looking for. She was not aggressive with us, but really kept us informed and was always extremely eager to take our calls and/or text messages, even in the late evening. We would have to say that is was nothing less than a great experience working with her. Always open to suggestions and provided much appreciated advice when we needed it. She is just wonderful at what she does, and if (God forbid) we ever feel the desire to move again, we would definitely want to work with her again, and we will be recommending her to our friends and families. We believe that she is a great asset, and we were so fortunate to have her help us through a stressful time.
