Similar to some of the other reviews we intended to interview multiple agents. As soon as we met Reisha and she answered all our questions we decided to look no further. Reisha was very approachable, knowledgeable, honest and gave us great guidance and advice. We were looking for a very specific home and Reisha never lost her patience or made us feel like we were a bother. She helped keep us on track through our search for our forever home. The last thing I will say is that Reisha has great communication skills and was always available to show us a house, answer questions or share her advice. After interviewing nearly a dozen agents Reisha was our immediate first choice. We knew straight away that she was the agent for us. I must say Reisha exceeded my expectations. She instinctually understood exactly what I wanted. When I emailed a question very late at night, not expecting to hear from her until the next day, she would reply in minutes. Reisha was always punctual, upbeat, friendly and a joy to talk to. Reisha is incredibly honest, some may say too honest, however my husband and I found that to be a tremendous asset. Naturally we thought our house was very nice but Reisha was able to suggest improvements and strategies to net us more money than it would have got had we not taken her advise. When we first met Reisha Dass, she explained that her job is more service than sales. She proved that time and again with her thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property Reisha would perform a meticulous inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. In areas she wasn’t sure of, she would take pictures and send her one of her many contractors she has on speed dial. Reisha also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and love it so far.
