Sam is untruthful liar. He reneges om what he says, what he promises an d offers. Accused me of being irresponsible after precisely following his advice. Offensive, insulting. Engages in coercive tactics. - chris

If I could give zero stars, I would. This review is specifically about Sam Amid, who claims to be affiliated with Royal LePage Terrequity Compass Realty Inc. For the past two years, I have been repeatedly and aggressively contacted by this individual always from a blocked number or "No Caller ID." It started after I posted my property for rent back in 2023. I never listed it for sale, never gave consent to be contacted by him, and never expressed interest in selling. Despite that, Sam Amid keeps cold-calling me, month after month, sometimes multiple times in a short span. He doesn’t even bother calling from the brokerage number he hides behind a blocked caller ID, never identifies himself clearly at first, and only admits who he is when pressed. When I ask him to stop calling, he doesn’t. When I tell him I’m not interested, he keeps pushing. When I ask where he got my number, he avoids the question. He follows up using a personal Gmail account, not a professional business email. That alone is unprofessional and raises concerns about how my contact info is being used. His tone on these calls is pushy, rude, and dismissive. He talks over me, interrupts, and refuses to acknowledge that his repeated contact is unwanted. I’ve said "no" clearly, multiple times. I’ve asked to be removed from whatever list he’s using. He just keeps calling. This is not how a licensed real estate professional should operate. It’s invasive, unprofessional, and completely out of line with how real estate agents are supposed to conduct themselves in Ontario. his behavior certainly doesn’t reflect the standards RECO expects from agents. In my opinion, Royal LePage Terrequity Compass Realty Inc. should take responsibility for this. If he’s working under their brokerage, they should be monitoring this kind of behaviour. Cold-calling people from blocked numbers for two years straight is harassment, not sales outreach. If you’re looking for a real estate professional who respects your time, your boundaries, and basic decency, I would not recommend Sam Amid or anyone operating like this under Royal LePage Terrequity Compass Realty Inc.. This kind of repeated, aggressive contact is not acceptable, and I believe it warrants formal complaints and possibly license review. - ahmed
