My situation was possibly a unique one for Serena, and she handled it very, very well. I couldn't be happier with her! She was recommended to me by a trusted friend, and time was of the essence, because I was leaving the country in a matter of weeks. Serena was left completely in charge (since I was going to be 1/2 a world away) and I could not easily return to address any 'issues' she may have. We met, and she made notes of details, brought in her photographer, and I left the country with complete confidence in her abilities. She is punctual, reliable, she pays attention to detail, and verifies everything she can before committing it to print, and asks questions to clarify more details so she can answer questions with authority when / if asked. She kept me well informed (throughout the short time it was listed) and updated by email, without me needing to ask her for updates, and her sales website was excellent! It provided all the details a prospective buyer would need before visiting the property. She went out of her way to attend to details for both the buyer and the seller.
