Serena is the perfect real estate agent in every category. I can't imagine there is an agent out there working harder to help you meet your goals of selling and/or buying your home. I was reluctant to get into the housing market mayhem that was happening earlier this year. After contacting other top realtors in the area and only receiving responses from support staff and/or from inexperienced realtors associated with the main realtor I was cautiously optimistic when I met Serena in person at my first viewing of a new potential property. I quickly realized she was super knowledgeable on the housing market, the process of buying and selling a home, the legal stuff, the house inspection stuff, the hazard and bylaw stuff, etc. and that she was going to be there to hold our hands every step of the way to help navigate the process.
