A really disgusting attitude. She undervalues your property to sell it quickly and you get ripped off. She is late and often combative after the contract is signed. I often wondered whose side she was on. The commission and not your best interests are paramount to her. I won't ever recommend her. Don't be fooled out of your hard earned money.

Suzy was fine until I signed the contract. Then she showed her true colors - inexcusably rude, arrogant, and dishonest; impatient to make the sale regardless of my instructions; misrepresented comparable properties (I checked on MLS as she was talking to me on the phone) to try and push me into accepting an offer. I realized I had no one on my side, I had to stand up to her and the other realtor to get the deal I wanted. Which I did get, because I stood up to her bullying tactics.
This lady was a huge disappointment she listed our house for 8 months. She said the market had too many challenges for our house. A new agent sold our house in less than 1 week. Enough said. - Ken Hueston
