Mary gets the job done!!! It's that simple!!! Hire Mary if you want a no nonsense approach to selling your home. She is very knowledgeable, definitely knows what it takes to move something in the Ancaster area, and she personally dealt with our sale from start to finish. She didn't just grab our listing and then pass it on to one of her associates! During a difficult time for showing and selling homes, late 2019 and early 2020, Mary delivered on what other agents only talked about when it came to representing us and the the sale of our home. Prior to her taking over the marketing and eventual sale of our home from what was for us a disastrous attempt by another agent, that agent and many others, associated and not, made all kinds of assertions about how their multi $$$$ marketing plans were superior. Perhaps COVID scared many of them off however It is our opinion that laying out the "sizzle" part of their plan was more important that delivering a "nice juicy steak"! While others made only an initial contact "sizzle" pitch and were never heard from again, Mary was persistent and as a result of her numerous follow-up's with us prior to entering into an agreement with her, she showed us in detail how she would get the job done. From her own marketing plan to her incredible staging of the home, it sold for what we wanted, setting a new high price for that size home in that area, and all within a very short time frame after she took over. She quickly brought to the table, qualified buyers and not dreamers or tire kickers, she worked around the logistic difficulties brought on by COVID and did so by working around and respecting our demands for enhanced/stringent COVID viewing protocols.
