I am just running over numbers on the unit you found for our family. Despite what's going on in the world, Trump, Eby, etc. interest rates and Canadian real estate... In general the Lower Mainland you had your nose to the ground on a very difficult request from us, right place, right time, you pulled it off. What a great experience we had with you, as our realtor. I can certainly tell you, my first time buying wasn't as good as this experience has been. Beyond all our requests you rose above it and produced a sale that was second to none. We really do appreciate all you've done for us. - Cam Cairns

We're really happy we worked with Mike to buy our first home in Squamish. It was a long process looking for the right and somewhat quirky place - he knew we didn't want any regular cookie-cutter house. We looked at many places but they right place just wasn't coming up... so as many do, looked on Vancouver Island. So we went over there and looked at a bunch of houses in different towns, and on the day we were coming back to Squamish, Mike texted, "what about this place?" We viewed this lovely place and then one more the next day - and ended up buying! Right when we had one foot out the door, he pulled it back in ! :) And it wasn't an easy purchase either! Phew - he helped us along the way to get through ups and downs and was always looking out for our best interest - that was apparent. We like Mike because he could see our vision of what we wanted, understood our price range, was honest, considerate (to us and the sellers), genuine, professional, knowledgeable, fun and friendly and enthusiastic. He follows up afterwards and even came to chop up a tree that broke! It felt more like house hunting with a friend than a realtor. Thanks Mike! - Christopher Di Corrado

Selling a house in this market felt like trying to put out a wildfire with a garden hose… but lucky for us, our realtor used to be a firefighter. 🔥🚒 From day one, he approached our sale with the same calm focus and attention to detail you’d expect from someone running into a burning building, not away from it. Every photo, every showing, every offer — nothing escaped his eye. He had strategies ready before we even asked, and he made sure we always felt safe, informed, and in control. Not only did he get our house sold in a tough market, but he did it with humor, professionalism, and zero drama. If you’re looking for someone who can handle high-pressure situations, put out fires (literal or figurative), and still crack a joke or two, he’s your guy. - Stanley Wu

Mike is a great combination of professional, fun, caring, hard working, and just all round great guy! He listens carefully, is really clear and patient in explaining anything, makes sure you have all the info you need, has great instincts and advice, without pushing you or trying to sell, and goes above and beyond to help find what you are looking for. There is no one I would rather have along as co-pilot for both buying and selling my home! - Andrea Purton
