I can’t say enough about Paul, Ben, and the team! Paul listened very closely to what we were looking for in a home, helped us realize what was most important to us, and offered strategies to be competitive as a buyer in a decidedly seller’s market. He was very quick to respond to any questions or viewing requests and would reach out with properties that were a particularly good match or offered a unique opportunity. I had reached out to Ben a few years ago after reading such great reviews about him and while we did not end up buying or selling then, he left such an impression that when we went to list our investment property this spring, he was the first call I made (didn't feel the need to call any other realtors afterwards). Ben was very patient with my questions and took the time to provide plenty of information and advice as to pricing, timing, what we could expect and why, etc. He mentioned that he had the perfect realtor, Justin Becker, in mind to list our property and with Ben's recommendation I knew we would be in good hands. I should mention that we live in BC and had a vacation planned for the week after the ideal time to list the property, but Justin was able to arrange with our tenant to see the house and then we did fly out to meet him there the weekend prior to listing. Their strategy for the dates to list made a lot of sense and I'm glad we followed it. In the week leading up to the list date, Justin sorted out the cleaning, photos (which were SO much better than we'd expected and drew a lot of interest!), set us up with a handyman to take care of a couple small things, and the property was listed Thursday with multiple offers over asking price right away, and we had an accepted offer for $65k over asking Saturday night with subjects to be removed on the following Friday (when we would be out of the country). Justin stayed in great communication through the week and updated us as soon as subject were removed (we were able to celebrate on holidays!) Following that (with us still away and then returning to BC) he arranged for some junk removal, set us up with an excellent lawyer to handle the sale by video call, and even did the walk through with our tenant for us when they moved out at the end of their lease 2 weeks before the buyers took possession. What Ben and Justin both promised was that they would get the best price possible for us and they absolutely delivered and then some with the sale of our property. They will be the first people I contact when doing another real estate transaction in the Calgary area and I would recommend them to anyone. - Janine
