As soon as we spoke with Brehannah about taking on the sale of our vacant lot she quickly had her photographer go out to the property and take both photos and a drone video that she used to put together a great marketing package. Brehannah really listened to understand our personal situation and the importance of selling our property after some surprising life changes and she ensured that it was advertised in multiple places both within and outside of Nova Scotia. She was able to quickly find an interested buyer and helped us to navigate a deal with a few different complexities, which led to a successful close that we are extremely thankful for. y partner and I were required to relocate to Halifax from Vancouver with little notice and needed to find a new place to live in just a matter of weeks.
