Since the 1960’s, I bought and sold several houses, especially in Moncton and Fredericton. I had to get services from a realtor. In several cases, the realtor, before letting me describe the house, would start by telling me that my house was in competition with other houses in the neighborhood. Of course, they make more money by selling more houses!
