Lenny has been an absolute consummate professional throughout our search for a new home. My wife and I saw more than 20 homes over a long period of time because we were pretty picky, but Lenny had no problem setting up showings for us and was appropriately critical about issues that he felt were red flags with the homes we were interested in. His building construction background was very valuable when it came to educating us about issues that may arise in the future of the homes we saw, such as plumbing, roofing building envelope issues etc. This ultimately helped us feel very confident in the house we eventually decided to purchase. What a great experience. Lenny was professional throughout the entire process as he took me through the various steps of buying my first home. He answered all my questions honestly and was able to give me valuable insight when I was not knowledgeable in something by providing me the information that was pertinent - “needs new windows” he would say or “hot water tank old, will need replacement,” etc. He is extremely knowledgeable in real estate. Lenny was great, we had a very short time to buy and get the keys (about a month) and Lenny made it happen, I was able to contact him anytime. When the hot water tank stopped working after a week at the house Lenny came over in a few days and installed a new hot water tank for us! He knew everything about the house and the legality of renting the basement (we have a legal basement suite).
