I would like to take the time to thank Lucie Martel and her Team for all her help selling my home. It was a very simple and professional process. She was there when I needed her, I loved that she spoke french and I sold the property for more than I expected. I’d highly recommend the Martels to anyone buying and selling in Ottawa. Being in the military, moving every 4 years or so, can be very stressful. Having to find the right neighbourhoods, finding a home in less than 7 days, finding the right people my wife and I can trust and finding the right school for my children. Never would we be able to accomplish this without the help of Jacques and Lucie. They know real estate, understand the military requirements and gosh can they negotiate for us. We’re now retired from the military. During our relocation days, the moment we were posted, we would contact Lucie, even when we weren’t moving in or out of Ottawa.
