I am very impressed with the services and professionalism that Nikita provided. As a first-time home buyer, we had little idea about home buying process but after meeting Nikita, the entire process went so smooth because he took care of everything so well. When he says that his job is more service than sales, he absolutely keeps things that way. He went above and beyond to provide us the best service. This is the reason Nikita has become very good friend of ours and even after four months since our closing, we reach out to him for advises about home-ownership. During the home buying process, Nikita was always more focused on answering our questions, offered his opinion when we asked and helped us to consider things that are easy to miss. Nikita always provided us with the comparable prices and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers for overpriced homes. In this hot market, for some properties we decided to offer at/lower then asking price, Nikita never had any issues with that and submitted those offers without downplaying them (unlike other stories I have heard that the broker would refuse to submit such kind of offers).
