As a preface, I want to note that Patrick really came to the rescue of my then-fiance, now-wife Sylvia way back in 2010 when he helped us sell our first condo and purchase our second, which we now think of as our forever home. We were having a difficult time selling the first condo, but Patrick found the right market, the right buyer, and got us an incredible deal on the new condo. That's why my brother and I came to Patrick to sell our late mother's house. Patrick handled the matter with sensitivity and grace during a difficult time for us, and made the process smooth. He gave us excellent staging advice, helped us resolve a couple of issues with the house before putting it up for sale, quickly found several very interested buyers, and in the end, sold the house for more than we had imagined likely. Through it all, he was responsive and gave great advice. Oh, and the photos were spectacular. Plus, Patrick has been great about staying in touch over the years, and he's helped us find some excellent contractors to keep our home (that's me and Sylvia, the second condo mentioned above) in good shape.
