We, me and my wife, have known and worked with Patrick for little over an year, with this given crazy market we have to view multiple properties and Patrick always showed up on time for viewings, was patient with our questions, and never pushed us for any house we didn't like. Infact he never recommended or discouraged us for any house though he was providing pros cons on each viewing we did along the way. We submitted offers on a few houses which unfortunately was unsuccessful. Then finally we submitted offer on the house where there was a back and forth and negotiations for a while and Patrick was very useful resource in coordinating all this and securing our interest.
