Where to begin! We moved to Edmonton from BC on July 20th. We were looking for Edmonton realtors and came across one of Patrick's YouTube videos. We highly recommend Patrick Fields for all of your real estate needs. My husband and I wanted to sell both of our rental properties at the same time so we started our realtor search and were impressed with the rave reviews that Patrick received on “Rate my Agent.com” (rated as the number 1 realtor.) We contacted him as well as several other agents and immediately he stood out from the others with the very in depth and professional market analysis that he provided us with. He was friendly, knowledgeable and presented himself in a very professional manner. Within a couple of days, our properties were listed including professional photos and video. Our properties were further complicated by having separate partners per suite as well as tenants who needed notice to move out.
