My wife and I, to our horror, have been reading the negative feedback, and clearly Ron's success has his competitors worried. We had Ron list our house, and it sold far more quickly than we could have anticipated and for a price we thought was more than fair. The comments about sleazy and such (the vein throughout several comments), is absolute nonsense - almost like he has a spurned stalker. We even tried to fix him up with our dear friend years ago. My experience?... I'm 50 years old, and over the years I’ve had to sell and move for different jobs or lifestyle needs. Last year (Dec/14) Ron and his team helped me pool everything together and get the house I wanted. He had the contacts to find me a mortgage broker who helped me get the financing together at a great rate. And he helped covering all the bases by finding and arranging the home and septic-field inspectors that I needed to identify all the problems so there wasn’t any surprises later. He even negotiated a better purchase price which was much lower than the asking one. This was my forth time going through the process of buying/selling/and moving. And the best supported one I have ever had from a realtor. A year later… I love this place and I thank Ron and his team for helping me get it :) !!! Now that I was a widow, I needed to get out of the house. Ron Neal made it possible for me to purchase a condo. He told me to make an offer, which the owner rejected. I was disapointed, but Ron said make another offer. I did up my offer and the owner brought her price down. We spent all evening doing this and when her price reached $220,000 I was affaird I would loose my "forever home" so I accepted her price. Thanks to Ron, I am still here - it was a very different move from a house to a condo (so many rules after always being able to do what I wanted and how. Having neighbours right next door was so different, but it is perfect for a single old lady as this place is secure and the residents are so friendly - I never feel lonely like I may have in the house on Broadmead. - Astrid Doidge
