Moving from California to Vancouver Island is no easy feat. We had the unique opportunity to be connected with Shannon through another real estate agent in Comox. We had been chatting with him for about a year and when we decided to look closer to Victoria he didn’t hesitate to connect us with Shannon. During our island house hunt we also had an unfortunate accident that laid one of us up in the hospital for weeks. With everything turned upside down in mid house hunt and only a couple of days to look before heading back to the US, we contacted Shannon to see what we could look at while still in Victoria. Her attention to detail was integral to us. We were familiar with the US realtor market but the Canadian market was very different. She was patient but always kept us on track and when we finally walked into our new home she had graciously left us a wonderful gift basket with a refreshing bottle of wine and other fun goodies.
