As a first time buyer, I was incredibly overwhelmed with the process and Tom was patient and willing to take the time to walk through the different documents with me and answer all my questions. He was incredibly easy to work with and didn't rush us, very upfront and honest about what to expect in the current market, and stuck with all the criteria I had initially laid out, confident that we would be able to find something that checked every box without compromising. Coming into the whole agent-buyer relationship, I was wary because I'd heard so many stories about how untrustworthy realtors could be, where buyers were being rushed or pressured into making a purchase, or the relationship being very transactional and much like you'd expect from interacting with a salesperson. None of that applied to Tom.
