Tom is wonderful. Breanna had sold our Condo in Calgary for us fast and at top price but Tom was trying to help us buy 4 years ago. The mortgage just was not there at the time. As a first time buyer, I was incredibly overwhelmed with the process and Tom was patient and willing to take the time to walk through the different documents with me and answer all my questions. Coming into the whole agent-buyer relationship, I was wary because I'd heard so many stories about how untrustworthy realtors could be, where buyers were being rushed or pressured into making a purchase, or the relationship being very transactional and much like you'd expect from interacting with a salesperson. None of that applied to Tom.
